Free Shipping Vouchers are vouchers that can be applied at checkout for buyers to enjoy discounted shipping costs for their orders.

These vouchers are renewed and distributed every month. Check regularly every month and claim the free shipping vouchers when they are available. Any unused Free Shipping Voucher will be forfeited and non-refundable.

Free Shipping Vouchers are applicable on all items, except Miscellaneous, and Stage 1 & 2 Milk Formulas, and are applicable to selected shipping channels only.

The base shipping fee will be deducted for eligible products on the checkout page when Free Shipping Voucher is applied. 

⚠️ Note

• To be eligible for shipping discounts set by Shopee, you will need to manually claim and apply the Free Shipping Vouchers.
• One Free Shipping Voucher is valid for a maximum of 3 shops per voucher (i.e. in the same order).
• Shipping discounts are capped at $1.99 per shop.
